Janet Campbell is President of the Oregon Health Leadership Council (OHLC), where she provides strategic vision and leadership for both OHLC and its solely owned subsidiary HIT Commons LLC. Visionary, execution-driven, and Influential executive leader with over twenty-five years of experience leading transformation, strategy, and operations within the healthcare, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. Fun Fact: My favorite holiday tradition is baking cookies with my family. Each year, we pick a new recipe to prepare together; please note that no matter how the cookies turn out, they shall be consumed!
Mark Hetz currently serves as the Executive Director of HIT Commons. In this role Mark provides overall operational and financial oversight for the work of HIT Commons and works with the HIT Commons Board to define strategy and programmatic direction. He has over 35 years of experience in health information technology leadership. Previously Mark was the Senior Vice President/Chief Information Office at Asante Health System for 24 years. In addition to information technology, Mark had various responsibilities for numerous other support services functions and oversaw numerous large construction projects. Fun fact: Mark is an enthusiastic supporter of the southern Oregon wine industry.
Liz Whitworth currently serves as Managing Director for the Oregon Health Leadership Council (OHLC) and HIT Commons. In this role Liz is engaged in the adoption and spread of several statewide initiatives involving health information technology, including Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Community Information Exchange (CIE). Liz has 25+ years of health care experience in health care policy, quality measurement and reporting, technology planning and implementation, program evaluation, stakeholder facilitation, and organizational management. She holds a master’s degree in public health and a graduate certificate in emergency management and community resilience. Fun fact: In her spare time, Liz likes to spend time outdoors with her family and in a large garden in rural NW Portland.
Jill Leake is the Director of Clinical Strategies for Oregon Health Leadership Council where she supports the Best Practice Committee, a statewide group of clinical leaders from health systems and health plans that executes strategies aimed at improving quality, value and patient outcomes, while reducing healthcare costs. As a registered nurse and certified care manager, she also acts as a clinical consultant on technology initiatives for HIT Commons. Jill’s background includes extensive work in population health and process improvement, successfully implementing innovative care transformation programs that enhance patient care and organizational efficiencies. Fun Fact: Jill wants to be the first on fresh powder, as she enjoys snowboarding with her husband.
Justin Keller serves as HIE policy subject matter expert for OHLC’s partnership in HIT Commons. Prior to joining OHLC/HIT Commons as a consultant, Justin was Director of Partnerships at Collective Medical, the vendor of EDIE/Collective Platform in use statewide in Oregon. Previously, Justin was an Operations/Policy Analyst at OHA in the Office of Health IT, supporting Oregon’s Health Information Technology Oversight Council (HITOC). He has over decade of health care and information technology experience and holds a Juris Doctorate degree. Fun Fact: When Justin was ten years old he fell 20 feet out of a tree and landed unscathed. He now considers himself invincible.
Michael has 20+ years of experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives, project leadership, program management, process improvement, and team management. He holds extensive experience in healthcare technology implementation, adoption, and training including projects with healthcare, non-profit, member associations, and consumer products industries. He holds a master’s in public administration and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Practitioner. Fun Fact: Michael loves being on, in, or around the water and spends time in the summers boating and kayaking. He is new to stand up paddle boarding and is still keenly aware of his poor balance.
Courtney Konstantin currently serves as the Administrative Services Manager for both Oregon Health Leadership Council and HIT Commons, LLC. Courtney has 20+ years in business administration and operations experience. In this role Courtney provides overall administrative support for both organizations. This support includes webpage management, IT support, scheduling, and finance. In addition, she supports both the Oregon Health Leadership Board and Council as well as the HIT Commons Governance Board. Fun fact: In addition to being a wife and mother, Courtney is also a published author with 12 books so far in her author career.
