Indirect Cost Policy
OHLC supports its members through work that advances OHLC’s mission and goals. Periodically, OHLC serves as a convening funder for work on behalf of its members at their request. This may include partnering with nonprofit institutions and organizations for research, evaluation, data analytics, and other services. OHLC adopts this Indirect Cost Policy in recognition that nonprofit institutions and organizations have indirect costs that are not directly attributable to projects or activities being funded by OHLC but are necessary to support specific projects or activities.
It is the policy of OHLC to allow indirect costs not to exceed 25 percent of programmatic costs on all contracted services. OHLC will review and update this policy periodically as posted here.
