Launched in October 2020
Connect Oregon is sponsored by numerous CCO and health system partners and the ODHS Office of Resilience and Emergency Management (OREM). Connect Oregon operational partners include 211info as a coordination center, social service organizations as network referral partners, and an Oregon-based Unite Us community engagement and support team. Oregon Health Leadership Council is a statewide convener for the network. Onboarding continues for interested healthcare and community-based organizations.
