Jill Leake is the Director of Clinical Strategies for Oregon Health Leadership Council where she supports the Best Practice Committee, a statewide group of clinical leaders from health systems and health plans that executes strategies aimed at improving quality, value and patient outcomes, while reducing healthcare costs. As a registered nurse and certified care manager, she also acts as a clinical consultant on technology initiatives for HIT Commons. Jill’s background includes extensive work in population health and process improvement, successfully implementing innovative care transformation programs that enhance patient care and organizational efficiencies. Fun Fact: Jill wants to be the first on fresh powder, as she enjoys snowboarding with her husband.
