Justin Keller serves as HIE policy subject matter expert for OHLC’s partnership in HIT Commons. Prior to joining OHLC/HIT Commons as a consultant, Justin was Director of Partnerships at Collective Medical, the vendor of EDIE/Collective Platform in use statewide in Oregon. Previously, Justin was an Operations/Policy Analyst at OHA in the Office of Health IT, supporting Oregon’s Health Information Technology Oversight Council (HITOC). He has over decade of health care and information technology experience and holds a Juris Doctorate degree. Fun Fact: When Justin was ten years old he fell 20 feet out of a tree and landed unscathed. He now considers himself invincible.
