A First Look at Connect Oregon Implementation
Analysis of Connect Oregon Platform Data from 2021-2022
Connect Oregon launched in October 2020 through the support of Oregon Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), health systems, and other organizations and has gradually expanded statewide. In early 2023, network sponsors were eager to learn from current implementation efforts to help advance the work ahead, and contracted with UCSF SIREN for this evaluation. The evaluation was supported by braided funding from nine organizations, including 211info, AllCare Health, CareOregon, Health Share of Oregon, HIT Commons, InterCommunity Health Network CCO-Samaritan Health Plans, Oregon Health Leadership Council, PacificSource Health Plans, and Yamhill Community Care.
Preliminary evaluation results are summarized in the documents below. Final evaluation results will be available in fall 2024.
