The recommendations in this document were developed by members of Oregon Health Leadership Council’s (OHLC) Telehealth Workgroup. The goal of this document is to provide information and guidance to dental professionals (including dentists, hygienists, orthodontists, and others) and medical primary care providers on the following:
- Determining which dental health services may be clinically appropriate for telehealth care, and which telehealth modalities are
recommended for these services. - The benefits of dental telehealth care and tips on how to effectively implement telehealth in your practice.
